Impact Prints Awards Gold 20 Year Service Lapel Pin Y20

Gold 20 Year Service Lapel Pin

Twenty years is a long time to show up for the same team. The Gold 20 Year Service Lapel Pin is a clear, simple way for companies, nonprofits, fire departments, school districts and civic clubs to say thank you in a form people can wear.

Present it at an anniversary lunch, an annual meeting or a retirement party. Many organizations build a ladder of service pins, with a new one at each milestone, and this 20-year piece fits that program nicely. It is also a good pick for board members and long-time volunteers who have been a quiet backbone of your group.

At $1.90 each, falling to $1.56 each at 1,000 or more, it is an affordable way to make recognition routine. Pair it with a plaque or a framed certificate for a bigger moment.

    Make it yours

Pair the pin with a personalized plaque or award that carries the employee's name and years of service. Contact us if you need other milestone years. Order only what your next ceremony needs. Keep a ceremony calendar so you order pins ahead of each anniversary.
