    The Gildan 8000 is a 50/50 cotton/poly tee that wicks moisture, shrinks less than cotton and keeps its shape wash after wash, which makes it a favorite for bulk custom t-shirts.

    We recommend it for work crews, landscapers and trades, sports teams, outdoor events and anyone who wants a tee that handles heat better than 100% cotton. Taped neck and shoulders and double-needle seams help it last through hard work days. It also comes in safety colors for crews that need to be seen; ask us which fit your job.

    Which print method fits

    • Screen printing: great for 1–4 color logos on 12+ shirts; we use low-heat ink on the 50/50 blend.
    • Digital print: full color and small runs.
    • Embroidery: fine for a small left-chest logo at 5.6 oz.

    Common questions

    Is the Gildan 8000 moisture-wicking? Yes. The 50/50 DryBlend fabric pulls moisture away better than a cotton tee.

    Does it shrink? Less than 100% cotton. Wash cold and tumble dry low.

    What sizes are available? Adult S to 5XL, plus a youth version.

    Is there a long sleeve or pocket version? Yes: the 8400 long sleeve and the 8300 pocket tee.
