    The PC43 is our most budget-friendly cotton tee that still feels good to wear. At 4.3 oz it is lighter and softer than a classic heavy tee, so people actually keep it after the event.

    We recommend it for big runs where cost per shirt matters: fundraisers, giveaways, volunteer crews, church events, school field days and company outings. Sizes run all the way to 6XL, so the whole group gets the same shirt, and the tear-away label keeps it comfortable for all-day wear.

    Which print method fits

    • Screen printing: the best value for 1–3 color designs on 12 or more shirts.
    • Digital print: full color and small runs.
    • Embroidery: not ideal at 4.3 oz; pick a heavier tee or polo for stitched logos.
    • Heathers are cotton/poly blends; we print them at lower heat.

    Common questions

    How heavy is the PC43? 4.3 oz, lighter than the PC54 (5.4 oz) and PC61 (6.1 oz), so it feels soft and cool.

    Is it 100% cotton? Solid colors are. Athletic Heather is 90/10, Ash 98/2, and the other heathers and safety colors are 50/50 cotton/poly.

    What sizes are available? Adult S to 6XL, plus a youth version.

    Is this the cheapest tee? It is one of our most affordable tees. You see the exact price as you design.
