Port & Co Essential Tee PC61

    Essential Tee

Need custom tees that feel substantial? The PC61 is a heavyweight 6.1 oz preshrunk cotton tee with a sturdy neck and shoulder taping, so it keeps its shape through hard work and frequent washing.

We recommend it for work crews and trades, coaches and staff, club shirts and anyone who prefers a thicker, more durable shirt. The size run reaches 6XL, with tall sizes too, so bigger groups fit without switching styles.

Design it live. Upload your logo, place it on the front, back or sleeves, and order when it looks right.

Popular for: custom work shirts, company logo tees, school staff shirts, booster clubs, church groups and memorial shirts.

Matching everyone? It comes in youth, women's, tall, pocket and long sleeve.

    Which print method fits

    • Screen printing: ideal for 1–4 color logos on 12+ shirts; the heavier cotton gives a solid, opaque print.
    • Embroidery: the 6.1 oz fabric handles a left-chest logo better than lighter tees.
    • Digital print: full color, photos and small runs.
    • Pocket version: print or stitch above the pocket for a clean work-shirt look.

    Common questions

How heavy is the PC61? 6.1 oz, heavier than most basic tees (the PC54 is 5.4 oz), so it feels thicker and more durable.

Is it 100% cotton? Yes, except Ash (99/1), Athletic Heather (90/10) and Dark Heather Grey (60/40 cotton/poly).

What sizes are available? Adult S to 6XL, plus tall, youth and women's versions.

Is there a pocket version? Yes, the Essential Pocket Tee, in regular and tall.

    Built for groups

Running a team or school store or a fundraiser? This tee works well for both. Browse more custom t-shirts.
