Port & Co Fan Favorite Blend Tee PC455

    Fan Favorite Blend Tee

Want custom t-shirts people actually keep wearing? The PC455 is the soft one. Its 60/40 ring spun cotton/poly blend feels broken-in from the first wear, drapes instead of boxing out, and holds its shape better than plain cotton after many washes.

We recommend it for fan and spirit wear, event and race shirts, brand and band merch, and staff shirts that should look modern rather than uniform. The tear-away label makes it easy to sell as your own merch.

Design it live. Upload your logo, place it on the front, back or sleeves, and order when it looks right.

Popular for: company logo shirts, volunteer and event staff shirts, fundraisers, family reunions, bachelorette and birthday shirts.

Matching the whole group? The same tee comes in youth, women's V-neck and long sleeve.

    Which print method fits

    • Screen printing: best for 1–4 color logos on orders of 12 or more. We use low-heat ink on blends so color stays crisp.
    • Digital print: full color, photos and small runs.
    • Embroidery: keep it small (left chest). At 4.5 oz the fabric is light, so large stitched designs pucker; choose a heavier tee or a fleece for those.
    • Heads-up: the 40% poly means bright inks on dark heathers can pick up a faint tint; ask us if exact color match matters.

    Common questions

Is the PC455 soft? Yes. It is a 4.5 oz 60/40 ring spun cotton/poly blend, noticeably softer and lighter than a classic heavy cotton tee.

Does it shrink? Blends shrink less than 100% cotton. Wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low to keep the print looking new.

What sizes does it come in? Adult S to 4XL, with matching youth, women's V-neck and long sleeve versions.

Can I sell these as my own merch? Yes. The label tears away, so the shirt carries only your design.

    Built for groups

Running a team or school store or a fundraiser? This tee works well for both. Browse more custom t-shirts.
