Sport Tek PosiCharge ® Competitor Tee ST350

    PosiCharge ® Competitor Tee

The ST350 is the go-to custom team shirt for game day and race day. It is a light 3.8 oz polyester tee with a roomy athletic cut that wicks sweat, and the PosiCharge color is locked into the fabric so it resists fading.

We recommend it for adult and youth teams, coaches, 5Ks and fun runs, charity walks, gyms and outdoor work crews. Sizes run XS to 6XL, and it comes in youth, women's, tall and long sleeve versions.

Design it live. Upload your logo, add names and numbers, and order for the whole roster.

Popular for: custom team shirts, race and fun run shirts, volunteer shirts, event staff shirts, safety-color work shirts.

Outfitting everyone? It comes in youth, women's, tall and long sleeve.

    Which print method fits

    • Screen printing: best for 1–3 color logos on 12+ shirts, using low-heat, poly-safe ink so dyes do not bleed.
    • Heat-applied names and numbers: ideal for rosters.
    • Digital transfers: full-color logos and sponsor backs on smaller runs.
    • Embroidery: not recommended on this lightweight poly; choose the Competitor polo or quarter-zip instead.

    Common questions

Does the ST350 wick sweat? Yes. It is 3.8 oz 100% polyester that moves moisture away from the skin and dries fast.

Will the color fade? PosiCharge technology locks color into the fibers, so it resists fading wash after wash.

How does it fit? A roomy athletic cut. Women's, youth and tall versions are available for a better fit.

What sizes are available? XS to 6XL, plus youth, women's, tall and long sleeve versions.
