    The Port Authority L317 is a reliable women's soft shell that sheds wind and rain. It is a 100% polyester woven shell bonded to a 100% polyester microfleece lining, with a 1000MM waterproof rating and a 1000G/M2 breathability rating.

    We recommend it for corporate and team uniforming, coaching staffs, field crews and staff gifts. It has a gently contoured silhouette, a zip-through cadet collar with chin guard, reverse coil zippers and front zippered pockets. Sizes run XS to 4XL.
