    The PC380Y is the shirt we print most for kids' teams: a light 3.8 oz polyester tee that wicks sweat, dries fast and keeps its color through a full season of games and washes.

    We recommend it for youth leagues, recreation teams, camps, field days and school sports, where you need a lot of shirts that look sharp in team colors without a big budget. The tag-free neck means no itchy label.

    Which print method fits

    • Screen printing: best for 1–3 color team logos on 12 or more shirts. We use low-heat, poly-safe ink so the shirt color does not bleed into white or light ink.
    • Heat-applied names and numbers: the easy way to personalize each player's shirt.
    • Digital transfers: full-color logos and small runs.
    • Embroidery: not recommended on this thin, stretchy fabric; choose a polo or fleece for stitched logos.

    Is the PC380Y moisture-wicking? Yes. It is 3.8 oz 100% polyester that pulls sweat away from the skin and dries quickly.

    What youth sizes are available? Youth XS to XL. The same shirt comes in adult and women's sizes for coaches and parents.

    Can we add player names and numbers? Yes. Add them in the online designer, or ask us about setting them up for a whole roster.

    Will the color fade? Polyester holds color well. Wash cold, inside out, and skip fabric softener so it keeps wicking.
